Delivering at scale isn’t just a technical challenge it’s a human one. In this talk, King’s College London and CoSector reflected on what SAFe Agile taught them about breaking down the client–supplier divide and working as one team. From shared backlogs and planning to collective accountability, the session explored what changed, what was hard, and why trust ultimately mattered more than process.
