We are one of few providers of coaching for individuals and we will not lock you into multiple sessions. Our online coaching sessions via video streaming offers flexibility on timing and location.

    Face-to-face coaching is completely specific to you and is what makes it so powerful. You get the opportunity to explore you’re goals with a professional experienced coach and come away with a clear action plan to achieve those. We provide coaching in career management, applications, interviews, how work better with colleagues, redundancy support, and personal development.

    One-to-one Skype sessions

    Online coaching allows you to access first class careers advice from the comfort of your living room. It is available for anyone in anywhere in the world, and the video feature allows for you to compensate for the distance between you and your coach. It is an affordable and flexible solution for anyone who wishes to seek career advice.

    Fiona Robertson

    Fiona is an insightful Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach whose extensive experience as a senior HR and Development specialist affords a real and practical understanding of the challenges leaders face.  

    Fiona specialises in senior leadership and board development and has extensive experience in People Strategy and Performance Management. She has created and managed organisational performance management and coaching frameworks and has delivered board coaching and coach training for senior leaders within high profile organisations. 

    Past and present clients include: CoSector  - University of London, The Royal Household, Addaction, RCE, The Royal Foundation, GE, iOpener, and Corn Ferry Hay (Senior Civil Service).  

    Credentials: Chartered MCIPD, Graduate Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme, Certified Business Coach (WABC), Accredited by the British Psychological Association (Levels A and B)

    Laura Brammar

    An English Literature graduate, Laura completed her MSc Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck College where her research included exploring the emotional display rules of work. Prior to her role as a Consultant, Laura worked extensively in Education, both in the UK and in Japan, in roles ranging from a Lecturer in an Further Education College, Co-ordinator of an academic department and as a course pastoral tutor.

    Laura also worked as an English Language Improvement Advisor for the Regional Education Bureau in Awassa, Southern Ethiopia during a six month sabbatical with Voluntary Service Overseas. 

    A specialist in Medical Careers, Laura has worked closely with clients such as the BMA and the NHS’s careers and training department, Health Education England, for whom she provided one-to-one coaching and skills workshops.  Laura is a keen developer and deliverer of professional development webinars.

    In 2014, Laura took the lead in the project management of a highly successful, world first Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) for Career and Employability Skills. 

    Amy Peters

    Amy is a highly experienced coach, trainer and facilitator providing coaching and training to individuals, teams and businesses tailored specifically to meet the needs of her clients. Amy holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Leadership and Management in Healthcare, a Diploma in Coaching, is an accredited NLP practitioner by The Professional Guild of NLP and a licensed Motivational Maps Business Practitioner.  

    Prior to this Amy worked as a senior manager at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She has extensive experience in operational service management and development within the NHS and voluntary sector.  

    Amy takes a positive and proactive approach to the coaching and training she delivers, utilising practical evidenced based methodologies underpinned by the latest insights from neuroscience.
